Partnerships
No single organization can address the scale of need in Southwest State. Hiil Bilaang builds durable relationships with institutions that can extend reach, add technical depth and hold work to a shared standard.
These partnerships strengthen the institutional capacity of the organization and expand the impact of its programs. They also connect community level evidence to the bodies that set policy, which is where lasting protection for women and girls is ultimately decided.
